Excersising help...PLEASE!
I am currently exercising about 6 times a week for at least 45 minutes....is this too much? I am so scared to hit a plateau. I usually do about 20-45 minutes aerobic and 20-30 minutes on the elliptical. What would you suggest. I have about 60-70 more lbs to go..I have lost 25 since January. Thanks! ****i'm doing the…

when should I expect a plateau...
At what amount of weight lost is a "plateau" inevitable? I know everyone is different, but I have lost 23lbs and wondering when I might hit one. My weight lose is slowing...does that mean one is getting close? When did you hit yours?
