WORKOUT HELP...PLEASE!

Hi there...I've been working out a while now, and I think I've finally hit the "REAL" burn level. I've intensified my burns and added strenght training as well. (i usually average about 500-600 calories burned a day) I am super hungry....should I be eating ALL the calories back, none, or what? I don't want to bulk up...just get toned. I've lost 26lbs...I have about 60-70lbs to go. Please help! Thanks...Tara
