  • I followed the running room program of 10 and 1 intervals and worked my way up to running a half marathon. You don't need to give up the intervals. They help you to run farther and faster in the long run!
  • Fantastic results!! I follow the running room system of training and I run 10 minutes and walk 1 minute. You would be surprised how far you can get by using this technique. I never feel guilty about walking my 1 minute!!
  • If you eat your exercise calories you are not going to lose weight. You have to be in a deficit to lose weight. If you are at your goal weight you will maintain your weight by eating your exercise calories. :heart:
  • Exactly! I checked all the foods I ate that day for their nutritional information and there were no trans fat listed at all. So I am baffled!! A flaw in the program maybe??
