These are all great suggestions!!! Also, increase your protein intake while reducing your fat and carb intake a little.

Find a low cholesterol (15mg per scoop) whey protein and mix that with a serving (1 cup) of skim milk. The mixture of protein and carbohydrates will keep your blood sugar from spiking (as with juice) which will keep you satisfied until you can have a full meal.

Just do what you can and push yourself when you are tired. I do feel that sleep is very important so try to get at least 7 hours a night. Do not give up, take the stairs, walk more if you can and power walk on your lunches (if possible). Every little bit helps just keep with the diet and then hit the exercise hard again…

Try lowering your fat and carb intake while increasing your protein. Do not do this dramatically just lower them until you start to feel a little low on energy then add a little back until you find an amount that gives you just enough energy. Also, lower your total calorie intake by 150 per day and try that for a few weeks…

Just move on and try to learn from your mistakes. I guarantee that everyone has a bad day here and there the key is to have as few bad days as possible. Do not get discouraged! The worst thing you can do is quit. This is a slow and steady lifestyle change so pick yourself up and try again. You are doing GREAT!!!!

Muscle is good because the more you have the better your metabolism and the healthier you are. Muscle takes up less room than fat so muscle occupying the same area as the fat once did will actually…

I feel that anything besides the eat right, exercise very regularly, and get plenty of sleep method is the safest and most sustainable way to live. No magic pills, no starving yourself, no "cleanse" gimmicks, and no surgery unless you are about to die. I have done lots of diets and lost 30-40 lbs but end up gaining it all…

I cannot believe you lost that much and look so great in just five months. You are an inspiration, keep it up and keep posting the progress pics.

You have lost 22 lbs so far, that is amazing! Don't ever give up just try to not make this mistake again if possible. I find that the harder, longer, and more frequent I work out, the less I want to eat bad food. I just think back to how hard I worked and don't want all that pain to be for nothing. -

Polar makes good HR monitors. I was recommended the brand by a friend, I love it and they are affordable as well (usually between $50-70). I have recommended this brand to friends and family and as of yet have only gotten rave reviews.
