Did the Dryathlon for January - yay! Also signed up to run Women's 10K in Glasgow (May) so training now (joined local running group). Yoga as usual. Borrowed rowing machine for in between days...not done as much of that as I thought yet. February...keep going!

Yes...I like the pocket yoga app too. I prefer that it's animated rather than filmed. But I like my real class best.

Sounds like me too :) I'm older than you, but reasonably fit...looking for motivation to run more. I do yoga and Pilates every week. Need to lose about 1 stone...weight has just crept up recently :( I'm a mother too...my son is 24

I agree with leahartmann. I do understand - I was like you at your age (old enough to be your mother now). You need to work on your happiness, not your weight right now.
