  • I just got her 300 under 300 cookbook. I really like some of the combinations she has. I get bored easily and having the ideas to change things up is gonna be fun. I do sub some fresh things for her processed items or for whatever I have on hand that will work just as well.
  • I am not entirely sure the calcuator is correct all the time. It told me to eat almost 2000 cals. a day. Yeah not gonna happen. I am having trouble getting to the goals my doc and I set let alone the ones from ths site. I eat plenty and don't feel hungry or deprived at all.
  • Warm beverages also leave you more satisfied that cold. You feel fuller with a warm beverage.
  • I cut back on the salt by using other flavors when I cook. I have gone to using different flavor rubs and seasoning to kick the salt habbit. I use garlic, rosemary, tyme, chipotle rub, greek seasonings, dill seasoning, chilli powder, cumin, and any Mrs. Dash out there. Good luck ~
