Hi from Tauranga - have to sort myself out again and get back on track. Hoping that checking in daily here again with exercise and food will get back to where I should be. Dumping 4.5kg (to start) by the end of March is my first goal.

Not sure what you have tried but two things I found helped (have to use regularly and pref right from the beginning) are baby oil and Bio-oil esp straight after your shower/bath. Doesn't remove but makes them less noticeable and keeps skin more supple.

I really feel for you - am also hypo after radioactive iodine - please check what you can access as it is really important to take your meds, not only for weight but also for all your other organs incl brain fog :sick: Good luck and best wishes

Irregular hours = meal times, exercise, sleeping all over the place = not always making good choices. Sometimes overeating then under (forgetting to) Problems staying motivated and committed, putting my needs last (not sure if using that as an excuse or just habit?) and endo probs ....
