  • If you use Kraft light pb you they just add sugar to replace the fat, fat in pb is good for you. You have to watch many of the light products as that's what they do so you end up with more carbs. Natural pb is so much better for you.
  • I don't think you will get enough protein in your raw food diet to support your activities, that may slow your weight loss. You must remember the last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose. If you were very overweight I would say yes but only needing to lose 21 lbs, I have to say that would be difficult in that short time frame.
