Congratulations!!! I lowered mine 51 pts in 9 months so that it's one point away from the range the doctor wants it in. (I"m not sure what all the numbers mean, but my doctor wanted it to be 50 or below and it was 102; after 9 months it was 51). I hope it continues to stay there!!! Keep on working. You can do it!!!

If you have money for drive thrus, you have money to buy groceries and eat. Yep, I count everything. Fruit has a lot of calories (like many have already stated) and so do some vegetables. Avocados and potatoes have a lot of calories. It all adds up.

I eat my calories, your calories, their calories, and every calorie I can get my hands on. Unfortunately, that's why I'm not losing weight. :( LOL.....just had to say it. However, when I'm doing good, I do eat EVERY calorie I can get my hands on!!! :)

I have always peed a lot, about every hour. When I started drinking a lot of water, it did increase a lot, but now it has balanced out. I'm about back to where I was. I don't know if that happens for everyone or not. I just know my body has adjusted.

I make rice on Sunday, with tomatoes, onions, pepers, garlic, etc, cooked in. I divided it into bowls. I take a salad and a bowl of rice.
