My pizza is a Flatout Flatbread with pizza sauce spread on. Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, diced cauliflower, spinach, cilantro, etc as desired. Top with a bit of cheese. Bake till veggies soft. About 250 calories.

I've never tried flax but I find chia "fun" to eat....sprinkle some on food and the ones stuck in your teeth turn to a "gel" and it's just....well, kind of cool....yeah, I'm weird.....but, hey, food can be fun, too!!!

There's not enough calories in watermelon to worry about. I'm eating a ton of it this summer but the last few have been bad so I've had to taper off. I lost enough water weight from eating the first couple that I came out on the good side! I'm waiting for the homegrown ones to start selling here now. I can't wait!!!

I also like to eat!!! I eat huge salads. I, also, make a pot of vegetable soup or okra/tomato gumbo and keep on hand. Both are fairly low in calories so when I'm hungry or want something, I an eat a bowl of that and it doesn't kill my calories. I make brown rice with onion and peppers cooked in it. I add canned crushed tomatoes after it is cooked and use this mixture to stuff the peppers with and put a little cheese on top. Flatbread wrap, with meat of your choice (I use deli turkey), veggies like lettuce, cilantro, onions, avocado, a drizzle of dressing of your choice. Roll it up and put in baggie. It's easy to eat by hand and you don't need utensils or an over to heat it up.

i cut in half, smear some butter inside and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it. Bake in the over or microwave till it's soft when poked with a fork and the inside pulls out easily like strings. I don't care for it much with spaghetti sauces and such on it, but I like it with the butter and cinnamon and sugar.

I love tomatoes fresh out of the garden. The best is a tomato sandwich---sliced tomatoes, a little mayo, on bread. Yum!!!! I also like just fresh slicked tomatoes with mayo, a little salt and pepper. I can make a meal off of them.

Sometimes I do a yogurt cup, jello or a pudding cup before bed. I wake up with the munchies all the time, too. Sometimes I feel a need for protein or something more solid and will eat some deli turkey slices or a sandwich if I have the calories to spare.

Baked in the microwave or oven, then put butter, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice on it. Slice and fry in a pan with Pam or oil and then put cinnamon, butter, etc on it.

I like to mix mine veggies up with a little cottage cheese and some raisins!

I so understand. If foods there, I'm going to eat it. I have had to clear out my house and not have it around. It's hard for you if the other people in your house keep food available. If you find an tips, please share, to help me and others who have no control when food is around. Good luck!!
