I like to make it the night before: flatbread with sliced turkey and veggies. Roll it up and put in a Ziploc baggie. I can eat it without needing fork, spoon, micro. etc. I like cilantro, onions, cheese, peppers, lettuce, etc.

Nothing wrong with that. I've had oats for dinner before. I cook them with a little salt, then add some cheese to them hot so that it melts. I don't like mine sweet or with milk. If I had a slice or two of bacon I would crumble that up in there with the cheese, too. Yummmmmmm!!!
