Why doesn't cabbage taste like chocolate?

I mean... clearly, cauliflower tastes like potatoes. Spinach & mushrooms taste like pizza. Chicken tastes like Waffles. But why doesn't my cabbage taste like chocolate?

    I think you forgot to dip the leaves - it's all about how you prepare it.
