I aim for 120g protein, 70g fat and 20g carb. My calorie limits is 1235. Most days I don't feel hungry and easily get by on less calories. I am a pescatarian. No animal products except swimmers.

I only eat animals that swim. No other animal products. I am wrapping up week 3 of keto. I have to eat fish twice a day. I switched from cashews to pecans, sunflower seeds and peanuts as my nut sources. I like the Vega protein and greens. I add cocoa powder to it along with almond butter. I am pescatarian. No land animals or products. I am doing keto. I am also gf and react to soy. It's a challenge to get all of my protein. How about you?

Need, I also had a persistent gain going. It started about a year ago. I was stable between 140-50 for 3 years, then BOOM! I am so glad to hear that keto is working for you.

I just got off of Enbrel after 16 years. Now on Humira and having good results, but still prolonged morning stiffness. Better than my near constant flares!

That is wonderful! I am so happy for you :D I hope that I have equally good results. I have been on biologics for 16+ yrs and still have flares. Hopefully my dietary fine tuning will help. Do you have any resources for recipes? I don't plan on eating dairy or land animals.

Being GF didn't help me with weight loss. It wasn't until I eliminated corn, sugar and most animal products (I am vegan + fish/seafood) that I lost weight.
