I am going to do 2 min bear walk 20 burpees 30 split squats 100 crunches 200 jumping jacks 3 miles and something must be working because i FINALLY LOST some wieght ..YEA!!!!!!!!!!

ok I finally figured this out THANKYOU SONIA for putting up with me!!!!!!!:sad: :blushing: I was getting so frustrated......but as usual you are the best teacher and I put my starting weight in and put my "1" on for Thursdays excercises and water stuff Thanks for all your help

Can you get your kids involved. my kids are 8 and they do a little bit of jogging with me...1/4 mile and then get on their bikes and ride while I finish up a run so I can get my run in and I can talk to them the whole time generally. I ahve to get up so early in the morning just to get to work by 6 am.....the only way to get a workout in is to work out in the P.M. I am encouraged to do the September challange but am also scared about it also....I am a mom to busy 8 year old twins am going back to school to finish my bachelors degree and I also work full time. my weight is down to pretty much what is was to prior to pregnancy....so I do not think that is what it is.....I will try to towel excercise and see if that helps...I have tried stretching before and after also to see if that helps.....I dont know if if I just need to give it more time we shall see... thanks for the help
