I want to get my body fat % down and I want to be able to run 4-5 miles consistantly without stopping by 9/1....

I drink diet coke every day and I have lost 40 pounds...but I think the health issue is it is not a good thing for you as if you are drinking this you are not drinking water....but I drink DC and water all day long....

i dont know about you but I live in Illinois and we have very cold winters and I just bundle up and brave the cold and do my runs outside....When you have someone to do it with that holds you accountable that makes it easier. and the time also goes by much faster. Maybe you can get a friend and you both can do a walk or…

maybe dropping your calories by a 100 may help.....watching your sodium .......or increasing your protein......might help..

I did the same thing ..eate way over my claorie limit....but then some people say you should do that sometime to jumpt start a lagging metabolism....??? I dont know but I just went back to my normal today.....and will work out harder ...dont beat yourself up over it that can be bad for your mind set....

my guess would be CELIAC disease my son has the same reaction to these.....and he has a condition called celiac....he cannot eat anything with wheat in it.....just a guess tho he had to have a blood test.....so now he cant have any bread or items that have wheat in them

so how long should you up your claorie intake a couple of days or a week ??? Then go back down to 1200 calories??

I have ran 2 marathons a couple of years ago and trying to get back into running again for another 1/2 but pitter patter sounds like the best path to take that is what I am doing to get back into shape for my 1/2 Good Luck

you look amazing and that is hard work and true dedication.....I have kids also and I know how hard it is to fit in excercise daily....GOOD JOB!!!!!

I just joined so no picture yet.....but am trying not to gain back all the weight I have lost but it seems to be a battle .....Maybe if I get back into running again that will help...
