  • thats a good way to look at things! always remember, loosing 1 pound is 1 pound of fat that is lost, that is you your 1 pound closer to your fat loss goal!
  • My calories are also set for 1200 calories per day, but I have it set this way because I am trying to loose a certain amount of weight by late May early June.
