  • I've NEVER been a strong bencher. My best was 245 once and barely got it. I knew I was a bodybuilder and never one that was going to be strong. Even deadlifting my best was 315lbs for 6 but I that was struggling and with a belt and straps. Good thing for me I have good genetics for having great shape.
