  • Look in to trying a exersice program called the Brazilian Butt Lift. I have noticed a difference, now I do not have a flat booty, but it reshaped it wonderfully. They have different programs you can follow depending on the shape you are :) I hope this helps.

  • I think not. Any dairy product is not natural for us to eat. We are the only species that drink another animals breast milk(dairy). It's more healthy for us to be drinking our mothers milk still than to take from a cow.
