  • My goal this month is to lose 4-6 lbs. I just got into the 170s now I want to make the number keep going down! I'm excited for this group!
  • I have been doing pretty well the only problem is I got a cold from work and I have a cough it makes it really hard to work out especially since I have exercise induced asthma. Hopefully I kick the cold by Monday and will be able to start up my daily exercise again.
  • I'll join! I need to be motivated more! I am at 196 and would like to lose 15-20lbs by Christmas! My family is always giving new clothes for Christmas so to be a little smaller will be totally worth it!
