6 weeks to a 6 pack is the most brutal one I've tried. Zap 250 calories in 15 minutes. I love me some Jillian! And I consider myself an advanced exerciser. Insanity, P90X, running, Cathe. Both levels are brutal!

I can't believe that lump on the guy's leg weighed almost 8 lbs! It is so sad that people get to that state where moving is such a hard thing to do. But kudos to both of them for keeping it up! I want a personal trainer to kick my *kitten* for free!!

Cathe.com has a great HIIT dvd. Three separate workouts on one dvd. Do one or all! She just came out with Intensity too which has step intervals, high impact intervals and low impact intervals. Killer!

Cathe.com has Intensity and HIIT. HIIT has three workouts and Intensity can be done as a whole or premix. Both have video clips up. HTH! I burn more with Cathe than Turbo Fire.

Just at the Real Canadian Superstore. Any health food stores in your area? I think it is pretty common nowadays. Oh, and the calories are 425 per serving and it makes 4 servings fyi. Whole wheat penne would be fine too I'm sure.

so it is: 1 C whole wheat macaroni cooked el dente around 5 minutes Mix in 3/4 2% sharp cheddar Add 1/2 C pure pumpkin blended with 2 C light cottage cheese (1%) blend in blender before you add top with 1/2 Cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) Put it in a glass baking dish at 325 F for about 15 minutes My kids love it!
