  • I live in the Yukon and we have marvelous hikes here. Has anyone ever done the Chilkoot Trail? That one starts just outside of Skagway, AK and ends in the Yukon. It is around a 2-3 day hike and full of goldrush memories. Well worth it if you ever get here! Laura

  • Hi all :smile: I did the fit test today and was pleasantly surprised that I improved in all the sections ! I will post my results later. I really improved in the plyo jumps the most. Then I did Cathe's 4DS heavy chest and back and am off to the lake yet again. We are the hot spot in Canada right now :bigsmile:
