My fiancé and I are starting it after we finish the one we are on now, so I will know soon :) Just started back on the MFP train, but was a daily user and member of this group for years. Feels good to be back!!

If you are running on a deficit and running 70 miles a week and are unintentionally still losing weight, I'd switch out some of those veggies for trail mix, nut butters, and nutrient-dense foods that don't fill you up so much. Assuming you don't want to keep losing weight. Not that veggies are bad, but if its interfering…

Are you eating enough fats? Healthy fats are good for skin and hair.

Yep. I leash my kid sometimes. He refuses to hold my hand and he still feels independent with his "monkey backpack" on. Go ahead, judge away. It's worth my son not getting hit by a car in a parking lot while I'm trying to "reason" with him, while carrying 6 grocery bags and holding up traffic. Before I had my son I thought…

Same. Plus my house was really clean. And I thought there were bugs under my skin.... But I was only 97 lbs.

I "bank" a lot of my exercise calories so that I can have an epic "cheat day" once a week
-
Ill probably eat/drink approximately 6,000 calories. It will be glorious.

You do realize your diet is like 75% carbs right?

I don't have experience with long term phentermine usage but going on and off of it is usually what PREVENTS people from developing a tolerance. Being on something long term usually create tolerance. I took adderall long-term (which in an amphetamine just like phentermine) and I developed one hell of a tolerance. Had to…

My sister had extreme bloating like that and began under eating, because eating became painful to her. After having her gallbladder out and finding out she has celiac's disease, she can finally live a normal-ish life again. The bloating you're experiencing sounds like you should see a doctor. I am 5'4 and 117 lbs and eat…

Of course they are processed, I understand that there aren't quest bushes sprouting up quest bars out in nature. I was saying in response to that one poster (who called all bars highly processed and less nutrient dense than an apple) that, compared to most nutritional bars, the ingredients are much less processed. There…

I take it you've never actually read the ingredients or stats on a quest bar. I'd take the 20 grams of protein and tons of fiber over an 80 calorie apple any day. They are not processed either. Other than being expensive, I can't think of any negatives. I can't believe how well they fit into my macros.!

My top 3 as well, same order. Soul mates! (Haven't tried the newest one yet though)

I eat about 100+ grams a day and it helps my insatiable appetite. I actually stay satisfied between meals now that I eat a lot of protein. That's a good enough reason for me.
-
I try my best to cut back on processed foods but I still eat frozen meals sometimes ( I work full time and weird hours- and take care of my toddler ). Oh, and you can pry my coffee mate flavored creamers from my cold, dead hands because I'll never give them up. NEVA!

I had tilapia last night. So, I basically ate poo poo. Ew, dude. Where can you even find fresh tilapia? Whole foods? Everywhere else only sells farmed. I agree that it's bland but its so perfect for hitting protein goals. With tuna, you have to worry about too much mercury although I eat it several times a week. Ugh, I…

900 calories a day? Yikes.

If you would consider a natural protein powder, check out About Time protein. Tryabouttime.com 25 grams of protein in 100 calories. No artificial sweeteners or anything.

People act like if they forget to log in they will magically regain every pound they lost and lose every muscle they've gained. I've logged in for over 2 years straight, and if I forget one day and it resets, I will literally give zero f*cks. I'll still look the same.

I take it you've never actually tried cociane?

I work at Carrabba's and our margherita pizzas are 10". I'd use that. It's prepared with olive oil, pizza dough, black pepper, Romano cheese, fresh milk mozz, basil, tomato, salt. Pretty basic.

All the time, but I'm learning that my TDEE is through the roof, thanks to a restaurant job and chasing a two year old all day. I'm maintaining 117 lbs eating well over 2000 a day, so I'm not worried, especially since I have a 3000 calorie day once a week or so too.

I had to take that dosage for a week plus 2 steroid shots and I didn't notice any water retention or increased hunger (I'm always hungry anyways). It gave me bad back spasms but that's all I remember. 7 days is nothing.

What I don't understand is what's so great about turkey bacon? It tastes meh, and for a few measly extra calories I can have center-cut, delicious pork bacon.

Waiting for Sara to post link to her success story. But yeah. I eat it all the time. The real stuff. Usually Talenti gelato (cookie caramel crunch).

My son was 1 when this pic was taken last summer. I had a C-section and gained 100 lbs while pregnant.

Lolz, I eat four slices on the reg. A cheat day for me would be the whole pizza, dipped in that butter-garlic sauce and ranch (yes, I live in the south) Also, an order of cinnastix and those little lava cakes.
