  • I'm at 635 days and I've been maintaining for 16 months
  • I delivered my son by C section and I weighed 200 lbs at delivery (he was only 7 lbs) I now weigh 118 and have a reasonably flat tummy, although I do have a little loose skin and lots of (faded) stretch marks. The stomach picture in my profile was taken when I hit goal weight and my son was about 10 months old.
  • Yep! I work 4pm-12am or sometimes 10am-12am and have a 2 year old. Ugh
  • Planned parenthood had women's health services on an income-based sliding scale for people without insurance. If you're concerned, it's a great resource. I get my annual exam done there for 100 bucks.
  • Lolz. But you forgot to tell us WHICH toxins it removed, like the OP asked.
  • Do this! Except, do the opposite.
  • I'm poor as **** and I don't shop at Walmart for the reason that no matter how busy it is there is never more than one lane open to checkout and im ALWAYS behind people with designer purses and keys to a benz that are paying in food stamps. Although being poor and my husband and I working full time and making a combined…
  • I drink coffee with 2 T of organic half and half. Sometimes black too. You can pry my coffee out of my cold, dead hands.

  • Guinness is pretty low calorie. Now, a nice microbrewed imperial stout at 300+ calories per 12 oz. yeah, those'll getchya.
  • I did it. I hated it. That program is not for me. I got good results though! Stick with it but if you end up hating it that's okay too. That style of training isn't for everyone. (Repetitive-ugh) I'm doing turbo fire now and it is a freaking blast! I don't even feel like I'm "working out" and I burn more calories than I…

  • I'm 27. 5'4 118 lbs I've been maintaining 116-120 lbs for 18 months now. Average of 2300 calories Multiplier is 19.5 Very active. Exercise 4-6 days a week. Active job (server at a restaurant). Chasing a 2 year old also.
  • I took a prescription ampetamine. I got addicted. I abused said prescription. I gained 100 lbs after I got off it. Results will (thankfully) vary. If you have any tendency for dependence, I would not suggest taking an amphetamine. If used in a short time span the dependency risk is lower, however most people do gain the…
  • Yep. Me too. Eating in a trance and shoveling thousands of calories in a short period of time. It is a frantic state for me and something in my brain just goes heywire. Eating a few extra cookies or a grilled cheese isn't a binge to me. During a binge episode I have eaten a whole box of cookies used as a shovel for peanut…
  • You look awesome!! Although I don't see where you want to lose 18 more pounds from?!?
  • I'd add some weight training into the mix. That will help.
  • It sounds like when you are losing you are "dieting" and severely restricting. You don't have to be hungry and you don't have to be miserable. Eat with a small deficit, fuel your body and your brain, make better choice, move your booty, and chug that water. Stop dieting and start building a lifestyle approach. Get off the…
  • Rice and beans Huge pot of chili (can be frozen) I use lean ground beef, canned tomato sauce, rotel, kidney beans, black beans, spices etc. and make with crock pot. I buy "blue-tag" meat. Reduced price because it is about to expire. I use it the day I buy it. Eggs, eggs, and more eggs. (Egg salad, frittatas, scrambled with…
  • You're completely correct. However I lost 1 lb a week (accurately) eating 1200 calories and I also lost 1 lb a week (accurately) eating 1650 calories. Black magic? Maybe. It's not a one-sized fits all answer for ever single individual. Do I want to believe that the mathematical logistics apply to everyone equally? Well,…
  • I can easily, and have, eaten 5000 calories in a day. The wings where I work are about 140 calories each plus bleu cheese that's 200 calories for a 1.5 oz soufflé cup (one serving). I can easily eat 16 wings with 4 portion cups of bleu cheese. I would have gotten the full fat frapp (light version when trying to hit those…
  • S'mores!!
  • You're welcome to check out my profile pics. I am making an effort to lessen the processed foods that I eat but I work full time at a sports bar, so I eat wings regularly and am so busy that I eat frozen meals quite often. I definitely get all my veggies and water in but there's always wiggle room for me. I enjoy "clean"…
  • 5000 over. That's with a 1200 calorie fitbit adjustment too. It was epic. All food too as I'm sober now. Taco Bell. 22 chicken wings with bleu cheese, an entire box of Samoas.... And lots more.
  • 50 grams of protein is not " a lot". Ditch the instant oatmeal for breakfast. Go with steel cut or ones without sugar and pair with a protein. I can make a huuuge egg white/veggie/cheese/bacon omelet for under 300 calories. Keeps me much more full than a packet of instant oatmeal. A kashi bar for lunch? No. That would just…
  • Seasonal fruit Lettuce/tomato/cucumber Baby Bella mushrooms Squash/zucchini, whatever is in season Chicken breast Chicken thighs Sirloin steak Lean ground beef Lean pork tenderloin Salt free spices Tilapia or salmon (frozen) Shrimp if on sale Ezekial bread and tortillas Cottage cheese Organic half and half Morningstar…
  • Hate it. Feels condescending to me. I live in the south and people say it all.the.time.
  • I got an opened but never used copy from a guy on Craigslist. Completely legit and only cost me 35 bucks. I got much better cardio endurance but it got painfully repetitive toward the end. Loved how I felt after I finished though. I have severe carpel tunnel, so all that floor work (planking and push-ups) was rough on me.…
  • I'd only be able to do this if I lived entirely off of stick people.
