I am proud that I am down a half a pound after a week at Disney World on vacation with the family. Survived character buffets, awesome food, and Mickey bars.

Back from a family vacation from Disney World an down a half a pound. Survived the character lunches, buffets and the Mickey bars. Might of helped that I burned a ton of caloriess walking through four parks and chasing a four year old. Take care everyone and have a good day.

Secondhand Lions

1. Watching my son''s face light up when he first met Mickey Mouse today. 2. Watching my 16 year olds face when she got to hug Stitch all that teenage attitude melted away and my little girl was back. 3. Being with my family and relaxing on vacation.

Just me. My wife is blessed with a metabolism were she doesn't need to diet. She has been extremely supportive , but gets pissed when I enter in my calories while we are still sitting at the table.

Besides the standard water, iced tea and vitamin water. I will have a few Tequilla and Grapefruit juices to chase away those holiday germs. So to reply to beerrunner I will be nursing a bottle of Cabo Wabo
