It is hard to get myself to be ok with this change. I am currently set on eating 1200 calories per day without exercise. And some days I don't even hit that. Everyone saying they are eating 1800-2400 calories per day, I am jealous. I am suppose to be eating 1200 calories a day on non-workout days. I feel starved when I get home from work.
