I saute 1/2 of a red onion and a few garlic cloves in a little olive oil, and then add it to the ground turkey meat along with a 10 oz. box of frozen spinach, that has been defrosted and well-dried. Sprinkle in some reduced fat, low sodium feta and oregano. Form your burgers and grill as usual. Serve with a tzaziki-ish…
