It could be a Jones fracture. I would suggest returning to your health care provider for a repeat X-ray.

You are amazing. There are people who undergo weight loss surgery that don't get results like that in such a short time. You are obviously working hard and deserve to live this healthier lifestyle. Congratulations :)

Agreed. Just because one is a clean eater doesn't mean they will have those defined abs. You have to have a very low body fat percentage for your ab muscles to be visible and it's harder for women to achieve this but it can be done. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

I love pop chips with cottage cheese. There are several flavors of pop chips and you can eat about 19 chips for 100 calories.
