Hi everyone I'm Sandy.Start MFP in may was doing great went from 186 to 150lb.Then I fell off the exercise and diet.Been depressed since my husband past of cancer April 1st..Thank you so much for this fantastic group.I'm going to put my whole heart into this.:smile: :smile:

hi everyone hope everyone had a nice valentine's day.starting may 23 and lost 28 lbs.Haven't lost any weight since November.I Had widows blues I guess.back on track.Reading all your comments and achievement give me motivations.Thanks everyone and keep up the wonderful work.God Bless

I'M IN TOO.i STARTED in may at 187 lbs I'm 56 and widowed April 1st.I HAD WENT DOWN TO 149 HOWEVER NOVEMBER I GAINED BACK 10LBS.I'm an emotional eater and at 5"e3 the doctor said i have to weight 130.SO I WOULD DO A WEIGHT CHALLENGE EVERY MONTH.THANKS

you can get past anything .april 1st my husband died after being treated for cancer for 3 month.I am a emontional eater ,have no money rent a house and am still looking for for second job.take one day at a time and eat sensibly and exercise
