It is hard when people see you on a regular basis to notice. A good friend of mine lost 75 pounds over the course of a year and our other friends didn't really notice!!

Sure:) Female, 37 years old, 228 pounds, 5'6" and I would like to get to 175 and if that happens then I will re-evaluate then:) I run 4 to 5 times a week for 45 minutes. Other than that then not too active other than chasing after little ones in my home. So I put "light active."

After my babies:) It was entirely my fault (not blaming it on the babies).. I lost all of my baby weight and then some when they were nursing around the clock. Eventually they slowed down, but I kept eating the same amount of calories that I did when they were exclusively breastfeeding. I knew better:)

also, does everyone agree with my calorie limit for each day? I get lots of different numbers depending on what site I am on. The range has been from 1450-2650 (this is without shifting, so my actual total to lose 1 lb/week).
