Is there a reason you are tracking sugar? Mine isn't tracking sugar intake. Not sure what your limit would be but 2 over is not that significant for one day.

Wow! Congrats!

Could just be retained water weight due to sodium intake from the day before. Had it happen to me, weight the next day and had lost 4 pounds.
-
Exercise in a pool would help too, take some of the weight off of the ankle.

Couscous is a very small granular pasta, about the size of kosher salt. It doesn't really taste like pasta though. Cooks super quick in like 5 minutes. Since you are eating it as a diabetic, 1/4 cup has one gram of sugar and 2 fiber with 31 carbs. Hope that helps.

I would enjoy it! Just try and cut back on the fried and buttery dishes. It isn't like you go to a seafood buffet all the time, or at least I would hope not.
-
That's what you got to do! I find if I think about having to log it, I will skip eating it cause I don't want to have to log it in.
-
Great job! Don't think I could pass on that!
-
Thanks for sharing! got a great laugh
-
Could not agree more! The confidence and self esteem that you can see is what really makes such a difference.
-
Good luck! Sounds like you are motivated already
-
Good for you! You have made progress already by deciding that you are ready to take responsibility. Cause no one else can or will do it for you. Best of luck on your journey

That is a tough month! And you are going through a lot! So glad to hear that you are continuing in your efforts. Cause unfortunately things happen, but life does go on. Best wishes on your journey!

10% is great! Way to go!

I think they are a little high too, but I just go with their numbers on most things. I make up for it by not eating all my exercises calories back.
-
Looks like a lot of protein, but seems healthy enough. Probably will want to add some real food like you said for lunch.

You can break it into until you are strong enough to do it all at once, however you will get more benefit from trying to go as long as you can in one session. This is because your heart rate has to reach a certain point before you even start burning calories or fat. Either way, keep it up and don't give up!

Sounds to me like you have make a significant break through! Laziness is contagious and it invades all aspects of your life. There is no point in beating yourself up over your break, it is done. It is time to seize the new information that you have discovered and move forward. Best of luck!

Under exercise, then cardio, type in walking and 2 miles in 40 minutes would be a 3 mph pace, just scroll down the list til you see walking, 3.0 mph pace. then put in number of minutes walked.
-
Good luck with your journey. i joined about a week ago and everyone on this site is so helpful and encouraging.

i would look up sake and see how many calories they will log you in for, then account for how many you feel you need. I do the same with beer on days when I will be around it, cause I know I won't resist. But, I try and keep everyday separate, if that's what you meant by saving calories.

I walked 6.5 miles today with a lot of incline using a Nike+ app for guidance and it said I burnt 774. I think mfp's exercise calories are overstated on most.

I had my gall bladder removed about 7 years ago, don't quite remember having those problems. It sounds more like irritable bowel syndrome which can be treated with antibiotics. However, the gall bladders is attached to the liver and concentrates the bile to break down fats. Hope this helped, good luck.

I know how you feel about the back problems, I had spinal fusion 3 years ago and it has been a very long road back. It is very difficult to find exercises that work. I mostly just walk, running is impossible at the moment. Good luck with your efforts.

That is how a lot of people choose to motivate, unfortunately it rarely works. But don't worry about what anyone else thinks, you have to do this for you. No one else can do it for you! Keep at it regardless.
-
Good job!
-
definitely a difference ~ keep it up

Thanks for all the suggestions! And good look with reaching your goals!
