Was having turkey chili, but think I just burnt it!

I have no idea about the nutritional value, but the texture is very different. I have tried to like brown rice, but without the stickiness, it just doesn't work for me.

Wow! You look great, keep up the good work!

Not sure how this would work for boneless wings, but this is how I cook bone-in wings. Take the wings and put them in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 10 minutes. Remove and pat dry with paper towels, place on a cooling rack over a paper towel lined sheet pan, let cool an hour in the fridge. Remove the paper…

Most doctors will tell you not to give the powder to developing bodies due to the effect of too much protein on the kidneys which are still growing. It takes quite a bit of protein over extended periods of time for damage to occur. I took protein powder from about the age of 12 until 18, at the doctors advice, guess that…

When you signed up it asked for you normal routine, like whether you were sedentary or active, etc. Did you include the farm work into that equation? If not, then you may have to add individual items. Like raking leaves, may be the same as hoeing. There is also horseback riding listed too? Just a few thoughts. Good luck.

Don't know about the energy vitamins, but I take a multi-vitamin everyday. Because, I know that there are not enough vegetables and fruits in my diet.

Don't know if there is a set number. I have been trying to eat 4 meals a day vs. 3. I usually try to take my allotted calories and divide them up over the 4 meals. Usually the last winds up being the largest though and I try and eat it at least 3 hours before I go to bed so that hopefully it is mostly digested.

I say enjoy the cookout trying to concentrate more on spending time with family than on the food. It will probably be too hot to eat a lot anyway. Drink plenty of water first and that should help too. And if you go over, so be it. It isn't everyday you have these occasions.

Way to go!!!

Best of luck to you! God Bless!

Good luck. This site is extremely helpful! If you have questions, there is an answer here somewhere. You can always search for past answers too, which is usually fastest. Hope you have a successful journey!

Can't be much help about the running, but quite an accomplishment on your journey. You should be very proud.

Not sure about the diet, although you could probably find one that does work, maybe slim fast? As far as the going out for drinks and losing control, that can happen. You can either plan on it, and cut calories during the day which probably isn't the best idea since you don't really want to drink on an empty stomach. Or…

Agreed. One night will not make or break you. Just enjoy it and maybe make a few adjustments like opting out of the heavy cream based sauces. After 3 months, you may find that you won't be able to eat as much as you could last year anyway. But, most important, have fun! If you limit yourself to much you will only make the…

Alright! You are now released on parole. Way to go!

Don't worry about how much it burns! Just enjoy the time with the kids, that's the important part!

Well Done!

Looks pretty good to me, lots of vegetables. Maybe more water?

You did the crime now do the time! You can do it, get on that bike and ride!

You could also stuff some of the tomatoes with whatever you like i.e. tuna, couscous, rice, etc. and then bake.

Sounds like you got the right idea with the baked fish, seems like the only thing not fried unless you could order the broiled chicken separate. I would have to at least taste the pineapple fritter.
