I set my goal on 1700, 1200 was way too little. I eat my calories back too, but not always.

This used to happen a lot to me before... kinda frustrating. But it's good it works now :)

Plain, raw nuts & dried fruit! Healthy, full of fiber, nutritious and... calorific. Good way to reach your calorie intake goal on days like that :)
