i do 30 minutes on the treadmill 2 and a half miles then i do 25 minutes on the eliptical.i wear a heart monitor to keep track of my calories.i never believe the machine calorie count at the gym.they seem to say more calories then my heart monitor,invest in a heart monitor

I LOVE MY SIGMA PC15..NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT...AND IT REALLY HELPED ME LOOSE WEIGHT..i think you will really enjoy your heart rate monitor what ever brand you choose...

i weigh myself every morning and i notice when i eat later the scale ususally says 1-2 pounds more than the day before..i know i shouldnt weigh myself everyday but i have to to keep myslef in check..i was told it doesnt matter when you eat at nignt its what you eat..but i do try not to eat after 7 and i dont drink anything…
