Funny, you don't look like Tom Cruise. Extra fun with Paxil - it has a short half-life, so missing a day can send a person into a rebound depression. When and if it comes time to discontinue use, please talk with your health care professional about how you should titrate off in order to avoid that rebound.

^^THIS. Your student health center should have resources on both vegetarianism and recovery. Do measure and track your food, though, to make sure your portions are what you think they are. Make sure you get at least as much protein and calcium as the macros recommend (and extra protein wouldn't hurt).

I also carry a USB battery that can recharge my phone. My son is in the habit of charging his phone and (school-issued) iPad nightly. I think there is a misunderstanding here - is your intent to net 1200 calories eat 1200 calories regardless of how much you exercise? The latter would be bad.

Your activity level doesn't need to reflect your exercise, as you are recording the calories burned (and eating them back :happy: ). Your husbands and his friends probably outweigh you by 50%, and the female body is more efficient in its use of calories (insert rant here on how unfair that is), so they could eat many more…

It actually IS your business if someone swipes to get the insurance discount. They are raising premiums for everyone else in the pool (it's INSURANCE, not a savings account) by getting a discount they have not earned and do not deserve.

My sensitivity to sweetness has increased since I quit drinking any diet soda in favor of water or iced tea (with 1 packet sugar) over six years ago. I also lost 5lb of water weight in the first two weeks.

Hubby needs to take on more household and parental duties. You seem to be letting him off easy. Stop that. And if the overtime is to make more money for more house (so you have more to take care of?)...he can quit the gym, work out at home, and put that money toward the (or some household help!).

Fat is not a challenge for me. If it is for you, and you like egg nog, enjoy it. If you want to manage the sugar, you might consider a nog or recipe that uses an artificial sweetener. Though artificial sweeteners are, indeed, the devil.

For a salad, try putting some more flavorful stuff on the salad itself. Pepperocinis, etc. For a dip, I use fat free black bean dip from Trader Joe's.
