I love a toasted warburton thin (100cals) spread with a laughing cow cheese triangle (25 cals) with a 200g tin of spaghetti hoops (120cals) and a bit of pepper on top! Then I have a 0% fat activia yoghurt (75 ish cals) totalling 325 cals. If I want to keep to 300 I just leave out the cheese triangle! X

Yeah I think that's how it works! What's your goal weight? I'm trying to get to 154lb and then see how I go.... This last stone is going to be hard work though! X

I got to week 3 earlier this year and gave up but I started again this week. I started on week 4 as I'm abit fitter since shifting some weight and doing other exercise. Also, I'm doing it on the treadmill in the gym now as I just hate jogging outside for the whole world to see.... It's not a pretty sight!!

5ft 10 (and a half...!) when I was 198lb I was a uk size 16. Now I'm down to 168lb and a uk size 14. Could probably fit into a 12 but wouldn't feel comfortable as I still feel like a size 16....! I'm wondering if the posts before are us or uk sizes.....? X

Hi, I am 5ft 11 and currently weigh 184lb. This is now officially overweight according to my BMI. My goal weight is 154lb. I need all the support I can get at the moment as this calorie counting is alll very new to me. It's so good to see posts from other tall ladies. I am always being told by shorter friends that it's ok…
