Everyone is giving you good advice. Our pediatrician recommended that we participate in a program through Children's Hospital to educate my son on making healthy food choices and getting exercise. If your son got involved in a good group like Boy Scouts, he will be camping out a lot and doing all kinds of things that will…

You are doing a terrific job and you look so much better. Don't blame yourself for the baby dying. It was not meant to be, and there is nothing you did that caused it to die. Forgive yourself.

Your weight loss goal is the same as mine. For the longest time I thought I'd never break 160. I weighed in at 160 on the day I had total hip replacement surgery, and something interesting happened to me during the recovery. Because I knew I couldn't engage in my usual over-exercising, I paid very close attention to…

You can find a lot of good quality jeans and other clothing at thrift shops and Goodwills. You don't need to spend a lot of money, but you deserve to treat yourself to a new pair of jeans that fit! Good work!

You want to establish a life-long habit, and if you can break yourself of the cycle of good versus bad days, you will feel much happier.

That was a pretty good weight for me, but I really wanted to get down to my wedding day weight of 145. But then,…

My best piece of advice to you is to see a therapist. I wish I'd done it years earlier. And it's been years since I struggled with bingeing, but I know how debilitating and horrifying it is. You hate yourself during the binge, yet you're helpless to stop. I've been there. I get it. I've since come to realize that bingeing…

Just hang in there. You've hit a plateau, and you may be there for a long time. You've made tremendous progress. Stay focused, add more exercise, and drink lots of water.

Thanks for the advice. That's a great idea.
