You certainly don't look as if you weigh above 200 pounds in the after photo. You look a lot thinner than the weight you reported. You look great! Good work.

I was doing well, until March. I hit 151 pounds once in February, and weighed 151 on March 1, and thought that would be a great start to the month, but my weight's been creeping up and I'm seeing numbers I was hoping not to see again!!!! I went swimming today, though, so maybe I'll see some improvement as the week goes…

I was making good progress, but I've had a bit of a setback recently. At my lowest, I've hit 151 and would like to reach 145, my wedding day weight. I need to remember how much progress I've made and just focus. Two years ago, I weighed about 12 to 12.5 pounds more than I do today, and last year, I weighed 6 to 6.5 to 7…

Also, when you get really close to your weight loss goal, it does get harder, but you'll get there! It feels as if it's taken me forever, but I've managed to get down, on my best days, to 151, when I was at an all-time high of 167.5 and very unhappy with how I felt and looked.

Get tuna fish packed in water, not oil. That will save a lot in calories.

Add me too!

Hi, you can friend me! I've managed to lose twelve pounds and it's taken me two years, oie vey! But I'm glad for the weight loss and want to lose another 7.5 to reach my goal weight.

I'm pleased with my progress thus far. I am 52. In September of 2015, I weighed 164.5, and at my new average weight of 157.5, I've managed to lose seven pounds, which is pretty good! I was talking to my daughter last night, and we were discussing our driver's licenses, and I realized that I need to get my driver's license…

It's because you're tired in the evening and the stress of the day gets to you. Make yourself a soothing cup of tea. Buy a couple of stalks of celery, so that you can gnaw on them. Celery has a lovely, satisfying crunching sound! If you're really tired, just go to bed with a glass of wine and a good book! Read until your…

You look wonderful!

It does take time before you start to see results. Are you combining your eating program with exercise?

Amazing!

Nursing your babies is the best thing in the world you can do for them. You are giving them the richest milk and nutrients they will ever receive in their young lives. Good for you! Nurse until you can't stand it anymore; I nursed my daughter for 8 months, and my son for 4 months. I had to stop nursing him at 4 months,…

You know, he's right about sugar. There was an interesting article on the hidden sugar in everything we eat on NPR last night.

You'll make your goal weight.

Make sure you eat protein at lunchtime. If you eat protein, it will help keep your body running throughout the afternoon.
-
Please friend me! I'm at your weight and dress size and would like to lose 15 to 20 pounds.
-
Hang in there, kiddo!
-
That looks like normal weight fluctuations to me. You may have inadvertently consumed more sodium than you realized on a certain day, and are experiencing water retention. You're doing great!
-
Friend me too! You're going to lose the weight.

What is the name of this mountain?

You can friend me.

Friend me! And show us lots of before and after photos! I need to lose 20 pounds as well.

I agree. I think it really depends on how you feel about yourself and whether you can sustain the weight loss without making yourself crazy or sick.

It's nice to meet with women of my age.

Yes, it's really hard, but you'll do it.

Sweetheart, my heart goes out to you. I was anorexic when I was eleven years old, and I had to be hospitalized and back then, they didn't have the kinds of treatment centers that they have now; I had to go to a mental hospital for children. I wish, in retrospect, that I had received therapy in my years following the…
