I have heard it is..even if its not eating it before bed is a good idea, better than eating anything else....basically the the process in which your body has to digest it , etc. will be more calories burned than the 30 something calories it is..so yeah that means it turns out to be zero calories consumed in the end

I prefer smaller...my "normal size is 34B..Ive been a 38C-D after I had my last child...I dont like them at all...but realize when I lose weight they will sag more..oh well! my husband is happy with a handful..thats all u need

I dont think it tastes like spaghetti , I think its so much better! I sometimes put a meat sauce on top but prefer my fish, turkey, or chicken on the side veggies I mix in .....way .better.than.pasta.
