It depends on a lot..that sounds like a thin arm to me. I'm 5'7" and my bicep is 12.5 . I weigh 173. I also lift weights. Id like to lose more fat in my upper arms. I have long arms and legs.

I wouldn't do well on freestyle..I joined in Oct. 2017- didn't lose a pound, in 3 weeks. Probably thanks to the 0 point foods!. So i cancelled..and decided to stick with myfitnesspal . Down 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Some of us have eating disorders..and do overeat..therfore eating way too many calories, and not losing weight.…

It can be scary when you think you have such a long road. If you want it bad enough, you can surely lose 100 pounds! I also am gonna shoot you a friend request..I have been on mfp for 4 years. I totally agree with everything "clayswife" said...Congrats on losing 4 lbs!!

^^^ I agree!! Be careful that you dont continually beat yourself up..you CAN DO IT..!! Im 5'7" and I weighed 110-120 up until I was about 20...I was very underweight but that was my genetic make up..as a women my "thin" weight is more like 145....you may have a hyperthyroid?

yes, planking and situps are not all that great try other ones like bicycles, russian twists, reverse crunches and a standing ab workout ..the best core stuff is from Cassey Ho founder of "popilates" on youtube its free try it!

lots of docs arent that great at treating our symptoms just our labs..I actually think sometimes the meds we are on cause weight gain..im up 20 lb from 2 yrs ago despite diet and exercise (it may be some muscle gain) but still...my daughter is 7 and ive been thinking recently how sad i would be if she had it!

this ^^ diet can help it ...some people have severe food allergies, and HAVE to cut out dairy..I dont- I still eat greek yogurt..no wheat, gluten,though..as of about 2 weeks ago! I take 88mcg of Levo. ...no it doesnt help....I take lots of supplements that help your immune system every night..and herbal teas too......

You do look great!! You may have some damage, or none..but if you want to eat a little more to fuel tour workouts and arent tiredd anymore u got to check out the "Eatmore2weighless" group on MFP..they are great women and will help u get it all figured out!!
