Tracked my weight fluctuations for 5 weeks GRAPHS

This turned out to be surprisingly helpful for me and I thought that those of you who are freaking out over a fluctuation might want to see it too.

The graphs are labeled well. The green line is "expected" loss and the other line is my "actual" weight loss trend.

This is pretty cool!!! I have been tracking my weight fluctuations for the past couple of months and I suspect mine would look about the same. What program did you use?

following - wondering the app that you use as well!
  • I would also like to know what app you used to generate this graph

I use MYWeight, it's an iphone app, it was one of free ones! Serves it purpose just fine so I didn't see any reason to pay for a fancy one. It doesn't let you export the data for free but I just took screen shots of the graphs so that didn't matter.
  • That is actually really cool. Thank you for sharing this.

Neat! It would also be interesting to do this while weighing several times a day -- I know i can fluctuate by several pounds within the day itself.

no problem! i figured people would find it interesting.

I tracked once a day (occasionally missed a day) in the AM. So this based off weighing ONCE a day for about 4-5 weeks and tracking it everyday.

Great Job and very interesting! sure the fluctuations are about the same depending on the time of month..I weigh on my "lean days" which is once a month- just before my period...

I track everyday right now just because it helps me see how certain foods affect my weight and how certain times of the month affect my weight but I think as I get closer to my goal, I'll rely more on the mirror and on the tape measure than the scale.
