I see nothing wrong with it. The site gives you a guideline on how many calories to consume in order to lose weight (if that is your goal), by giving you a number which is a deficit compared to what your body "normally" requires in order to function. Going over that number simply means you're not going to have that…

I haven't lost 100 lbs from *just* this site (I had lap-band surgery earlier this year) but I've unofficially lost 77 pounds since my journey began over a year ago. I have found that this site helps me stay on track with regards to watching what I eat and tracking my calories burned via exercise, and is a helluva lot…

I'm glad you've decided to make us your role models, compared to that basket of breads on the table... ("roll" models) (yes, Hooked on Phonics worked for me too!)

"bamf" is the sound Nightcrawler makes when he teleports. I'm not sayin'...I'm just sayin'.

While many will praise Stevia over Splenda, it's still relatively new and costs quite a bit more than Splenda does. So from a cost perspective, I think you'll be okay with Splenda (and there are generic forms available, saving you even more). Getting rid of sugar in general should help you see a difference on the scale.

Wouldn't that be 22 on 21? I'm foncused...

I'm more trusting of Yoda's answers at: http://www.flashbynight.com/yoda/ What does NVS stand for? "One came before you with the same question. Consumed by the dark side, was he!" Who put the "ram" in the "ram-a-lam-a-ding-dong"? "The answer is in the mirror, young Padawan."

I feel your pain (in a good way). This has become my daily obsession, something I'm borderline OCD about. LOL

You can do it!

Glad you're back!

But if you drink more water, it should dilute the color and it won't be so...um...alien-ish...

Keep some healthier alternatives on hand...things that are low in sugar, high in protein and fiber. Atkins makes a variety of bars that might be able to help you.

I don't recommend jumping on scales, as they are sensitive and can break. May I suggest lightly stepping on them? All kidding aside, your body will go through natural fluctuations. Take any loss as a positive. And take measurements, for if you are not losing kg, you could be losing cm.

Excellent!

Cutting out the caffeine should help. Switch to decaf, eliminate diet sodas (if you drink any, even if they are caffeine-free), and maybe switch your exercising to mornings? My alarm goes off at 3. Several snoozes later I'm usually up and functional by 4, at which point I go exercise. Then I come back and continue on with…

Years ago I took it for a month when it was prescription Xenical. Using that, combined with the Atkins diet, I was able to lose some weight. But I could not afford to continue Xenical as it was not covered by insurance. You do have to make some lifetstyle changes because if you don't then you are likely to get the side…

I'm partial to the Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon flavor but I'm tempted to view the nutritional info on the Weight Control version...
