In the workplace I think people are held back because of harassment laws. Even if the compliment is not meant to be of a sexual nature. I know I've held back many times giving out compliments for that very reason. Darn litigious society... LOL

It's fun, but you gotta be careful about what information you reveal. Mother's Maiden Name is often a question that banks will ask you as a security measure. You start telling that to people, and the next thing you know you have your identity stolen. I'm not sayin'...I'm just sayin'.

Sometimes when I'm close to my levels for the day, I'll have a high-fiber cereal at night with some Fat Free Calorie Countdown. It will generally cut a 600-calorie meal in half or possibly by a third, depending on how much cereal I use.
