When I go on the treadmill I have to enter my duration, weight, and age. Factor in those three things plus the speed and the incline (and the time spent on each incline, as I choose the "variety" setting) and you'll understand why I dropped out of Calculus... ;)

Me personally, I would go with the literal number that is on the package. YOU know you can subtract the sugar alcohols and fiber which leaves you with the "net" carb count.
