Funny you should mention this...it seems that at every 10 pounds, if you have not manually changed your goals, the site will ask you if you want them to be adjusted. You have the option then to either say yes, no, or ask again in another 10 pounds. It happened to me this morning...I lost another 3 pounds since last week,…

That depends on the food. Are you going to cook or freeze a banana? ;) (I personally take the peel off and THEN weigh it before diving in). My rule of thumb is to weigh it in the matter for which you consume it.

You probably have a very high metabolism rate. Cutting calories is one thing but you need to make sure you're still eating ENOUGH calories. This site is instrumental in helping calculate what your goals should be to lose weight. :happy:
