I did check it several times. We had solid weight loss, all but one got 7-9 points for the daily challenges and we burned 1650 per person over the weekend. So we got the 10 bonus points for the weekend challenge. I can give more details if you like. :tongue:

I have a dog named Betsy nicknames are Betsy Brown the Basset Hound, Betsy BooBoo, and BooBoo. And a cat named Fifi sometimes I call her Fufu, but most of the time she will only answer to kitty.

So for the body fat %, if you want to send me your body fat %'s at the end of each month, I will do a separate report out on that from our weekly results. And if you never sent me your % and want to start tracking it, send it to me at any time and I will log it. Thanks!

Did Week 3 Day 1 this morning. Was so much easier than I was making it out to be. Still probably going to be nervous going into week 4, but at least I feel like I can do this!

I had a great week.. 8 points (couldn't get in the fruit and veggies) 2004 calories for the weekend. 3 pounds lost

I am the same. You could try fresh green beans grilled with a little salt and pepper. Sometimes I sautee them with a little olive oil, pretty yummy!

I think it wont help him a bit. Its kind of like losing weight unless he decides he is going to get off the drugs nothing you say is going to help. I agree I would talk to your father and his and tell them your concerns then go from there..

That situation is understandable. In cases where you know you may be mia for awhile you can just let us know, so the team leaders are trying to hunt people down.

You can friend me. But utlimately we can provide support, but you have to be totally committed, or it just won't work. It's easy to keep it going a few weeks, but long term weight loss and maintaining takes serious dedication. I am similar to you, except the kids part. I'll be there to cheer you on.

I love the peanut butter chocolate ice cream sandwiches. My fav so far and I've had all the ice cream sandwiches.
