I'm in the same boat as you. I still have about 100 pounds to go till my "goal weight" which is somewhere between 150 and 130 but I worry too that after a majority of my life spent overweight and 2 kids I won't have the tiny little sexy body I want, or I think I want. When things like this start creeping in one me, the…

I will survive!

I've noticed that I can wear shoes with a higher heel and be able to walk in them better. It is easier for me to take the stairs, I have much more energy after a workout and I feel stronger!

First day done and boy was I full! And, I can already feel a difference in my body! :D

I usually only drink it on the weekends because I want some type of Vanilla Creamer in it like International delight or Coffemate Natural and those cost me BOOKOO calories because for every cup of coffee I lik 1/4 cut of creamer at least (I like a little coffee with my creamer :drinker: ) I drink tea more than I drink…

I like the later episodes too. I always feel like if these people can do this and go through all this then I can get off my but and work on my ellipitical while I watch the show! I also LOVE that they are having kids on the show. I was overweight as a child and I worry about my son, who is currently 4 almost 5, becoming…

YES! I love this show. It really motivates me :)

Me too! I have always done better while that show is airing!

Don't give up! It can get hard but you CAN do this! Remember to look for Non Scale Victories (NSV) in addition to the number. Have you had a friend or two look at your log to see if there is something you could do differently? Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes really helps. You can add me too, we could all use more support.…

You look amazing! You are an inspiration :)

I left MFP for about 5 months and gained 10 pounds! :( Part of the reason I left was I hardly EVER got feedback on my food log, which I too share. I also blog but not through MFP, it is through blogger, though there is a link to it on my MFP blog. I'm looking for friends who LOVE to give and recieve any type of feed back…

You can add me :) I have a total 0f 130 pounds to lose. I started at 260, right now I'm at 230, goal of 130 :) We can do it together!!

I've lost the amount of cheese an American eats in one year! Or, 30 guinea pigs!

I'm a teacher, though not daycare, and I count it as light activity.

I found this blog and if you read the post from Jan. 3rd 2013 (it is the 2nd one as I type this) it talks about A newbie's guide to the gym. It is written by a personal trainer and this is a quote "Whitney and I will help you navigate what to do, where to be and how to feel and trust us... NOBODY is looking at you! They…

I'm at 232 and 5'6. I started at 260 and have been at this for about 2 years. Really more like 1.5 years since I kinda slacked off for a bit. I'm back now though and want to reach at least 194 by Dec. My ultimate goal is around 150-130 depending on how I feel etc... I go to Curves 3-4 times a week and I just started the…

I wish exercise had the same comforting feeling as eating. I have found that when I exercise I do feel BETTER but I don't feel the instant COMFORT I feel when I eat an entire bag of doughnuts :embarassed:

Hey! Welcome to MFP. I too have a great deal of weight to lose even though I've been started for a while. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can get in shape together! :)

I love Curves! I like the fact that it is all women and it is quick. I go to a club on my way home from work and everyone is very friendly. I didn't go for almost 5 months :( due to work and other life factors but I recently started back and am doing Curves Complete. My club was great about it and I was welcomed back as if…

I did the trail run a while back, LOVED the food/recipies and now I'm back to do it long term. I can't wait to get started on Monday! I've been going to Curves for almost 2 years now and have been doing the Curves Smart for almost a year. I'm looking forward to adding in the "diet" aspect of it too.

Oh yes! Big time emotional eater. I use food for everything weather I'm happy, sad, mad, depressed. There is a group on here for emotional eaters that I just joined today :)

I signed up for it :) I did it to reboot my motivation and will power as I was starting to slip. This Thursday, 4/18 will be the end of my first week. I am team Kim!

That is an awesome animation! I hope more women are like that. I know I love the fact that my husband and I have so much in common!

You go girl! Tell it like it is :) Most people need to get over the weight thing and tune into the health thing! I would much rather be healthy than skinny and just because you are skinny does not mean you are healthy!

When I first started my goal was to lose 130 pounds. I have lost 44 and my first goal is to get to 194 then eventually to 130 pounds from 260 pounds.

I have been using MFP for about 7 months now and I have lost 44 pounds total. I eat some but NOT ALL of my exercise points back. I find it motivating to be able to eat more if I exercise but I usually don't eat all of the calories back.
