ANY kind of sweet. We can't keep them around because I would literally eat them all in one day. It has to be an occasional, I have to get up and actually GO somewhere to get it if I want it.

I got on Curves Complete a few months ago after not going to Curves for 5 MONTHS! I've had a rough time sticking to the program and going every week due to my finances and time etc... I have personally found at my Curves that even though I don't get a call from my coach when I do get myself back in things aren't as weird…

I started in 2011 and have lost 40 pounds and I don't even know how many inches but I went from a 22/24 to now a 16/18 pant size! I still have about 100 pounds to go total but only 30 to my mini goal of 194 :)

That is great! I usually always have at least one yellow or red one. I don't think our Curves Smart is working correctly though :(

I've lost 13 pounds since starting Curves Complete Jan 1st. I have OFFICIALLY lost 40 pounds total since I started this crazy adventure in 2011 and am now under 220 for the first time since I can remember :D

^ Sometimes the more you have to lose the quicker it comes off, at first, too so large weight losses aren't necessarily bad if you are doing it the right way through diet and exercise.

13 pounds :) Started doing Curves Complete diet and working out 4 times a week at least.

I have my one month weigh in tomorrow. I also measure tomorrow :) Hopefully I'll see a nice difference. I was down 10 pounds as of last week! If I have lost just 2 more pounds this week I will be at a total weight loss of 40 pounds since 2011!

Yep, I know that feeling! Some friends don't understand why I can't go out with them and "have" to go to the gym. I like a quote I saw once on Facebook "First they'll ask you why you are doing it then they'll ask you how you did it" I always think about this quote in those situations. Then I get on MFP to obsese some more…

I weigh once a week and measure once a month. I check my weight every day but I only record it on Mondays and I try for in the morning because in the evening I always weigh about 2 pounds more.

Fara, There is an 85 year old lady at my Curves who did 2 circuts and then 45 min of Zumba! Talk about an inspiration, I want to be her when I grow up!!

Keep going! I was off track for 5 months not just a day or two! I'm back now though and feeling geat. Just get back on track and keep going.

We usually don't have popcorn in the house but DH has been asking for it for weeks so I finally got him the Orville Redenbacher's Smartpop Kettle Korn 6 pack. That way they are ALL his.

I weigh on the same day of the week at the same time of day wearing the same clothing. I also go to Curves and they weigh and measure once a month but I always have to do that in the evening and I've found I weigh less in the morning. I finished week 1 and lost 6 pounds!! :D Now on week 2.

I have both on my food log but I usually just count calories and if I'm under my calorie intake I'm good. I don't pay attention as much to if I'm under or over the nutrients.

Have you checked your measurements and/or % body fat to see if that has changed at all? I have gone for stretches at a time with no weight loss but inches lost or body fat lost, seeing that change helps even when the scale doesn't move. Also, are your clothes fitting different, do you have anymore energy? Those are also…
