Last night I was able to SMELL the popcorn that my husband was fixing in the kitchen without CRAVING popcorn or EATING any popcorn! Victory because in the past I would have said screw it, I already turned in my diary and was under I'll have some popcorn, how many calories could it add?? But last night I was able to resisit and not eat any!

Keep the 100 calorie packs in the house and when your husband cooks his, you cook yours, you still get the get smell
plus you are only eating 100 calories, I also keep zero calorie spray butter in the house to spray over the popcorn
It taste YUMMY

That popcorn smell can be deadly for me. I've opted out to keep the 100cal Orville Redenbacher 94% fat free close at hand. I'm always surprised at how much they fill me up. Back in the day, I could have easily consumed 8-10 cups with butter and added!

Good job, and next time you encounter the problem, remember how good you feel right now!

We usually don't have popcorn in the house but DH has been asking for it for weeks so I finally got him the Orville Redenbacher's Smartpop Kettle Korn 6 pack. That way they are ALL his.
