What do you do for a living? I would suggest standing or walking as much as you can at work, perhaps take phone calls standing up, also, take the stairs at work instead of the elavator. When I started I had to lose 130 pounds, half my body weight. I am on my way now but it is a slow process! Slowly but surely :)

Early in the summer I was riding my bike for exercise but as it got hotter, and very smokey down here in S. Ga., I started going to Curves for an indoor workout and I really enjoy it. I still ride my bike but only late in the evening and on days with no smoke!
