sounds like your getting all the exercise you need but i have about the same schedule as you and i have to fit mine in during work...i go walk 1 mile as fast or as "brisk" as possible on my lunch break. it takes about 20 minutes.

i have never been able to grow my fingernails and now i have to actually file them down:wink:

how many calories does MFP allow you per day?

im a bike rider too...burns lots of calories and i can do it with my kids

yeah that makes you feel good. my work pants are getting loose and i find myself pulling them up several times through out the day. you would think it would get on my nerves but it dont:) just gives me more reason to "keep on keepin on"

thats awesome! i ride my bike alot too...its an easy way to get in exercise for a mom cuz i can say "im playing with the kids" and it makes it easier than saying "exercising" for me anyways...before i know it i been out for 45 mins or a hour and 500 cals burned. with 2 tired out kids. best of both worlds:)

im interested on hearing what people suggest bc i have the rebox shape ups and the air things on the bottom busted and now they hold water lol...you can hear me coming. and those things were 100.00

yeah me too. everytime i go into the bathroom i weigh...its a bad habit and it makes me upset when it goes up. but im always happy with the first weight in the morning:)

i have a 1 yr old boxer male...Tuck. Boxers are great they are smart and protective. The only problem is that he is really protective over my kids and when i brush my little girls hair she cries and TUCK dont like it...so i have to take her in the other room to do it.

I have found out that exercise plays a big roll. Its not just what you eat but ya got to get up and move!!! so i do about 45 mins of bike riding everyday (if at all possible) and if i do eat something i shouldnt have or eat more i just ride more....
